We operate in full compliance with Maryland's bat protection laws — exclusion only, no extermination, and no bat work during the March 1 through August 31 (DNR policy — letter of exception possible) maternity season when pups are present. Every job we do respects the regulations because those regulations exist for good reasons, and because doing it right once is better than doing it twice.
